Welcome to Pop Drawing: Coloring for Kids (the “App”). By downloading or using this App, you agree to the following Terms of Use. Please read them carefully.
Effective Date: September 23, 2025
1. Eligibility
• The App is designed for children, but it must be downloaded and managed by a parent or legal guardian.
• By using the App, you confirm that you are a parent, guardian, or have parental consent to allow a child to use the App.
2. Use of the App
• The App is for personal, non-commercial use only.
• You agree not to copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the App.
• Drawings created in the App are not saved. They are erased once the App is closed.
3. Subscriptions & Payments
• The App may offer subscription plans that allow continued access to drawing and coloring features.
• Subscriptions will automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID / Google Play Store account settings.
• A “Restore Purchases” option is provided in the App to recover previous subscriptions on a new device or after reinstalling.
4. Privacy
• We respect your family’s privacy.
• The App does not collect personal information from children.
• Please review our Privacy Policy for full details.
• All content, graphics, and code in the App are owned by Zarak Shiraz (operating under The Big Design Project) and are protected by copyright laws.
• You may not use our brand, name, or designs without written permission.
6. Termination
• We may suspend or stop providing the App if you violate these Terms or misuse the App.
7. Disclaimer
• The App is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind.
• We do not guarantee that the App will always function without interruption or errors.
8. Changes to These Terms
• We may update these Terms from time to time.
• Any changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
